Returns


The customer has the right to refuse the ordered product of proper quality at any time before receiving it, and after receiving it — within 7 days, not counting the day of purchase. The return of goods of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved.

If the buyer refuses the goods, the online store returns the cost of the returned goods to him, with the exception of the seller's expenses for the delivery of the goods from the customer to the online store and for the actual (and not stated on the website) delivery of the goods to the customer.

The Customer may return the goods of inadequate quality to the manufacturer or seller and demand a refund of the amount of money paid during the warranty period or expiration date. The customer also has the right to demand replacement of the goods of inadequate quality or elimination of the detected defects.

Refunds in both cases are made no later than 10 days from the date of receipt
